999 Emergency services - Line Monitoring and Alarming at Telekom Malaysia

Telekom Malaysia runs countrywide the Call Centers for the 999 Emergency Services. The Line Monitoring System of Aartesys monitors the ISDN PRI lines to the Call Centers, registers all calls and alerts in case of communication errors or unavailability of the lines.

The generated CDR's are stored in the database for several years. The data is used for statistical reasons and as proof of successful forwarded calls to the Ermergency Services. Monthly and yearly generated reports show the quality and availability of the lines.
