Processing of incoming and outgoing data connections
The router und RAS Server (Remote Access Service Server) of Aartesys are autonomous, stand-alone systems that can be used for incoming and/or outgoing data connections to/from external systems.
Modem connections and digital data connections
Digital data connections (ISDN) can be processed in addition to analog data connections (modem, bis V.90 / 56K), depending on the telephone connection technology.
SOAP application interface
The application interface is based on Web services (SOAP/XML) and therefore facilitates simple integration with Um systems. The SOAP interface offers the following basic functions:
- Control of outgoing calls:
- Number to be called - Additional code (DTMF) - Max. speed or ISDN connection type The status of the connection is continuously provided, incl. the cause/location value in the event of connection problems.
- Indication of incoming calls:
- Incoming calls are reported - The caller number is shown, if it is provided
Customer-specific application interface
Customer-specific interfaces can be integrated on request, so that, for example, no changes have to be made to existing Um systems.
