Quality evaluations for the end user
The provider performance analysis is based on the parameters derived from the line and traffic analysis and the CDRs and provides information concerning the quality of the telecommunication services as seen by the end user.
Evaluation and presentation
Special evaluation and appropriate presentation in the BO reporting tool shows the relevant parameters from the point of view of the end user of the telecommunication services. This includes the most important quality parameters such as connection setup time, ASR, etc. as well as additional technical information such as capacity utilisation of the lines at the time or cause/location analysis. This special evaluation provides conclusions concerning the type of faults that occurred when connections were not established or interrupted.
